Don't see your name to schedule online?

WELCOME BACK! It's been more than 6 months since we've seen you so we'll need to reevaluate your health status, which takes a little bit more time (45-60 minutes).

 

Send us an email at info@libfchiro.com or text at 425-333-4040 and let us know you're ready to reactivate your online scheduler account and reestablish care! Be sure to include some days and times that work best for your schedule. As soon as your reevaluation is completed, you'll be able to schedule future appointments online. 

 

Please note we no longer do auto accident/personal or workers compensation injury care. We're also in a limited number of insurance company's networks (Premera, Regence) **ONLY Dr. Johnson is in-network with United Healthcare & Medicare.**

Returning patient, but never scheduled online?:
We now offer online scheduling 24/7! Schedule an appointment from your phone, tablet or computer at any time! You can schedule future appointments or same-day appointments up to an hour before, provided there's an opening. Once you complete the sign up, we have to manually approve you (to prevent any spam). This may take a few hours, or a day or two (if your request is initiated over the weekend or holiday). When approved by us, you'll receive a confirmation email and you can start booking appointments!

Please note you CANNOT cancel appointments on the portal. If you need to cancel or reschedule please send us an email at info@libfchiro.com or text at 425-333-4040. We cannot accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. 

If you prefer NOT to book online OR you're a return patient, but haven't been here for a while, send us an email at info@libfchiro.com or text at 425-333-4040.  If you prefer to call us at 425-333-4040 leave a message and one of the doctors will call you back when they're finished with their patients.

After your first appointment is finished, you'll receive a link to sign up for scheduling future appointments online. It's completely optional, but you'll be able to schedule same-day or future appointments.

Payment Options: 

Since we do not have front desk staff, you have the option to pay your bill online. If you have a balance on your account, we'll email and/or text you a link to your e-invoice. Make sure to check your junk folder! Simply click the link to pay safely and securely. We appreciate your business!
